How do you go about it?
1. If you have not bought the item from us
Ask us for a price match simply by informing us of the website, with the link to the page where you have seen the item cheaper.
Make sure you also send us your details (including your name, company name, telephone number and email address). We will then confirm to you our price-match in writing, so you'll have it in black and white for when you're ready to order.
2. If you have purchased the item from our shop
and within 7 days find it cheaper on another website, we can issue you a Cash Voucher for the difference in price.
Please note that to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price match promise to genuine customers, the acceptance of any price match request is ultimately at the discretion of Penny’s Online Shop. We will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
Terms and Conditions
Our price-match promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately
- To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical
- Prices are compared excluding delivery charges. Our price-match promise does not apply to delivery charges
- We do not price-match with special offers, promotions, discount vouchers and/or product-bundle pricing
- Our price-match promise does not apply to B-grade stock or products that are not new
- Our price-match promise does not apply to items shown in the category Networking (wired and wireless)
- Our price-match promise is limited to Malaysian-based internet retailers. We do not price-match Internet retailers that are based in or operate from outside Malaysia.
- We only price-match prices or quotations of bona fide companies. Prices of competitors offering so called grey or parallel imported products or goods will not be considered for price-matching
- Our price-match promise does not apply to products and/or goods offered on auction websites
- Any decision whether or not to price-match is at the discretion of Penny’s Online Shop. We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price-match
- Our price-match promise may be subject to change without notice at any time
