FAQQ: In what currency can I make payment in?
A: By default, we accept Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for shoppers in Malaysia. For shoppers outside Malaysia, select US dollar and payments are to be made in US dollar.
Q: How do I pay?
A: For orders in Malaysia we accept payment in Ringgit via our Maybank account. Upon completion of check out, you will receive our banking details to make payment for your orders.
For orders outside Malaysia, please use PayPal to make payments for your orders. The payment must be made in US dollar. Payments are to be made to our PayPal ID which will be provided to you upon completion of check out.
Q: How much is the shipping charge?
A: For orders within West Malaysia, shipping is charged at a flat RM7. You can purchase as many items as you wish and it will be RM7 for your total order. However, if your purchase is RM200 and above in a single order, shipping is free.
For orders to East Malaysia, shipping is charged at a flat RM9. You can purchase as many items as you wish and it will be RM9 for your total order. However, if your purchase is RM200 and above in a single order, shipping is free.
For orders outside of Malaysia, actual shipping charges apply according to weight and destination via registered post. As an estimate, international shipping for 1 piece of clothing using registered post costs approximately US$5. There is also a handling fee of approximately US$1.50 per order. The exact shipping and handling charges will be indicated upon check out.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver worldwide. For orders within Malaysia, we use Pos Laju and for orders outside Malaysia we use registered post to save you some postage cost.
Q: How long does it take for my orders to reach me?
A: For orders in Malaysia, Pos Laju is a next-day delivery service, so for example if we post your order today, you will get it the next day. However, for towns where Pos Laju service is not available, it will take 2 days for the parcel to reach you.
For orders outside of Malaysia, it is an average of 10 t0 14 days for the registered parcel to reach you. This also depends on the destination. The duration given is just an estimate.
We send out parcels on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. No delivery made on public holidays and weekends.
Q: Are prices of products negotiable?
A: We are offering quality apparels at reasonable prices, so we do not negotiate on prices. However, you can look out for promotion periods for items to go on sale. We also periodically run some contests where we give away discount coupons. If you win the discount coupons, they can be used to offset the prices of your purchases.
Q: For out of stock items, can they be replenished? How long do I have to wait?
A: Depending on the stock availability at supplier's level, some of the items can be replenished. It usually takes about 2 weeks for the restock shipment to reach us, after which we will post out immediately.
Q: How often will the stocks be replenished? Or can I request for a particular item to be replenished?
A: Selected stocks are replenished at our discretion. However, if you wish for some specific items to be replenished just for you, we can arrange that upon advance payment.
Shopping Guide
1) Register as a member, filling up the required fields.
2) When browsing the shop, select the currency that's applicable to you. For all orders within Malaysia, please select Ringgit and for all orders outside Malaysia, please select US dollar.
3) To purchase an item, click on the "Add to cart" or "Buy" button. Specify the quantity, colour or size that you wish to buy.
4) Your items will be captured in the shopping cart until you are ready to check out.
5) At the end of the check out, payment details will be generated for you in an invoice. You are now ready to make payment.
6) Inform us by email once you have made payment so that we are able to track and process your order.
7) For orders within Malaysia, we will post via Pos Laju and for orders outside of Malaysia, we use registered mail.
** Pos Laju is a next-day delivery service, so you can expect your parcel the day after your order has been sent out. For registered parcels, it takes approximately 10 to 14 days, depending on the destination. **
